Q: What labels must I submit to qualify for a complete entry?
A: You can either send in 2 x 1.5L bottle labels OR 3 x 500ml bottle labels of participating F&N Sparkling Drinks products. Please note that these labels must be from F&N Sparkling Drinks produced and purchased in Singapore.

Q: Where are the participating products available for purchase?
A: You will be able to purchase F&N Sparkling drinks at all major supermarkets, hypermarkets, convenience stores and petrol marts.

Q: Who can participate? Is this contest open for Singaporeans only?
A: The contest is Singapore-based, but we welcome non-Singaporeans living in Singapore to participate as well. We also welcome participants from other countries, but please note that you will need to be physically present in Singapore to collect the tickets. (Air fare and accommodation will NOT be provided.) Also, only labels from F&N Sparkling drinks purchased in Singapore will be accepted to qualify for the lucky draw.

Q: Can I send in multiple entries?
A: Yes, you may send in as many entries as you wish, but please make sure they are complete with your personal details and the correct number of bottle labels (2 x 1.5ml or 3 x 500ml) . Please note that each person may only win ONE pair of tickets, but you can still send in multiple entries to increase your chances of winning.

Q: What category tickets are up for grabs?
A: We have a mix of mosh pit, Category 1 and Category 2 tickets (Total 50 pairs). Please note that all tickets will be assigned via lucky draw and you will NOT be able to choose which tickets you are given should you win.

Q: How will the winners be decided?
A: All winners will be selected strictly by lucky draw. You will NOT be able to choose which tickets you are given should you win. F&N reserves the right to draw reserve winners to replace any ineligible, excluded or disqualified winners. F&N’s decision on all matters relating to the Lucky Draw Promotion (including drawing replacement winners) shall be final and binding. Except for the notifications to the relevant winners, F&N shall not be obliged to enter into any correspondence concerning the Lucky Draw Promotion.
